Sandy SY Lee has extensive work experience in various industries, including marketing, strategy, and production. Their most recent role was as the Marketing Director at Bayha Group, where they focused on securing grant funding for youth empowerment programs. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Strategy at One Better World Collective, working towards advancing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Sandy also held positions at Syneos Health, where they served as the Head of Social and Digital, and at Mediaplanet, where they held multiple roles including Head of Innovation and Senior Account Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Production Coordinator at Art Below and as the Founder and Director of LiveButoh Ltd. Sandy has also worked in the production and creative fields with organizations such as Secret Cinema, Magnum Chocolate Art Sculpture Series, and London Sinfonietta. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and deliver innovative projects.

Sandy SY Lee has a Bachelor's Degree in Performance Design and Practice from the University of the Arts London. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at South Island International English School Foundation, where they obtained an International Bachelorette Diploma, iGCSE, and GCSE.
