Ben Collins has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ben is currently a Fellow in the Leadership Delaware Class of 2024 at Leadership Delaware, Inc. Prior to that, they held senior leadership roles at Bayhealth and Excela Health, where they managed cardiovascular service lines and interventional radiology departments. Ben also has a background in neuro-interventional radiology and ICU nursing, having worked at UPMC and Forbes Regional Hospital.
Ben Collins earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University in 2010. Ben subsequently completed an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Butler County Community College in 2008. In 2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Aspen University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, Ben holds a certification as a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).
