Dominic Kayatta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Dominic has held various leadership positions and has a strong background in patient experience and customer service. Dominic's most recent role was as the Senior Director of Patient Experience at Bayhealth, where they led and directed activities to enhance the patient experience and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Prior to that, they worked at Main Line Health as the System Director of Patient Experience and as the Manager of Education and Development. Dominic also has experience at Christiana Care Health System, where they served as the Manager of Patient Relations and as the Program Manager for Learning and Development, Diversity/Inclusion, and Employee Onboarding/Engagement. Dominic has also worked as a Consultant at ModernThink LLC and as a Project Consultant at Right Management Consultants. Dominic's earlier experience includes roles as the Director of Rehabilitation and Community Services at Upperbay Counseling & Support Services, the Education Manager at MBNA America, the Director of Marketing/Training at Upperbay Counseling & Support Services, the Director of Student Activities and Orientation at York College of Pennsylvania, and as an Assistant Area Coordinator at the University of Delaware.
Dominic Kayatta, M.S., CPXP, CPC, obtained a Master's degree in College Counseling from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from the years 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Mount St. Mary's University from 1980 to 1984. Dominic also attended McDevitt High School from 1976 to 1980. In addition to their educational background, they hold certifications as a Certified Patient Experience Professional from the Patient Experience Institute and as a Certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
