Ken Bullard currently serves as the Manager of Business Intelligence and Interoperability at Bayhealth, overseeing the IT Training Team and Epic Inpatient applications. With a focus on enhancing operations, Ken collaborates with leadership to implement upgrades and improvements. Prior to this role, Ken worked at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus as an Anesthesia/OpTime Epic Analyst and held the position of IS/Clinical Finance Manager, where responsibilities included managing clinical documentation systems and departmental IT functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Administrator and Enterprise Application Developer at Brigham Young University. Ken holds an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Delaware and a BS in Information Technology from Brigham Young University.
