Lawrence Ward has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Lawrence currently serves as the Vice President of Physician Services and Clinical Integration at Bayhealth Medical Center, where they oversee a large medical group and focuses on growth, innovation, and patient satisfaction.
Prior to their role at Bayhealth, Ward worked at Thomas Jefferson University as the Executive Vice Chairman of Medicine and the Vice Chair for Clinical Practice and Quality. In these positions, they were responsible for managing clinical operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring quality improvement in both primary care and subspecialty divisions.
Ward also served as the Associate Medical Director at the Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization and held positions at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine and the University of Pennsylvania.

Lawrence Ward earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Emory University from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, completing it from 1993 to 1995. Finally, they attended Thomas Jefferson University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine.
