Nicole Cranfill has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Nicole is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bayhealth since 2023. Nicole Cranfill completed their undergraduate education at Quinnipiac University from 1990 to 1994. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology during this time.
