Nicole Cranfill

Nicole Cranfill has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Nicole is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bayhealth since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Talent Acquisition at Powerback from 2022 to 2023. Nicole has also worked at Genesis Rehab Services, where they held various roles such as Vice President Talent Acquisition, Senior Director of Recruiting, Director of Recruiting - East Territory, Recruiting Manager, and Regional Recruiter from 2012 to 2022. Nicole worked as a Regional Recruiter at LaVie Rehab from 2008 to 2012, an Account Manager at Sagent Healthstaff from 2007 to 2008, and an Employment Manager at Aegis Therapies from 2005 to 2007. Nicole started their career as a Travel Recruiter at First Assist, Inc. from 2001 to 2005.

Nicole Cranfill completed their undergraduate education at Quinnipiac University from 1990 to 1994. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology during this time.
