Rohit Solomon is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies across various prominent financial institutions. Rohit currently serves as Executive Director - Head of Talent Acquisition at NAB since January 2023, having previously held the position of Director - Head Of Talent Acquisition at VOIS from February 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles include Director of Experienced & Campus Recruitment at Credit Suisse, Vice President of Recruitment at Bank of America, and Vice President of Recruitment at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
