Tom Vaughan

Chief Wellness Officer at Bayhealth

Tom Vaughan has extensive work experience in the medical field. Tom started their career in 1992 at Kent Diagnostic Radiology, where they served as a Radiologist. In 1992, they also joined Bayhealth as the Director of Women's Imaging. In 1998, they became the President of Kent Diagnostic Radiology Associates and held that position until 2017. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at Bayhealth from 2004 to 2017. In 2019, they joined Bayhealth again as the Chief Wellness Officer.

Tom Vaughan completed their education as follows:

- From 1988 to 1992, they undertook a Radiology Residency at Baystate Medical Center.

- Between 1985 and 1987, they pursued a Surgical Residency at Brown University Rhode Island Hospital.

- Tom earned their MD degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry from 1981 to 1985.

- From 1979 to 1981, they studied Chemistry at Hamilton College, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

- Tom attended Binghamton University from 1976 to 1978.

- Tom'shigh school education was completed at Catholic Central High School in Binghamton, NY, from 1972 to 1976.

Tom Vaughan also holds additional certifications, including:

- Tom completed the Stanford Chief Wellness Officer Course at Stanford University in 2019.

- Tom obtained certification from the American Board of Radiology in 1992.
