David MacGillivray

David MacGillivray is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Leader with extensive experience in driving organizational efficiency and culture change across various industries. At Baylis Medical, David supports ongoing growth initiatives, while previously at Precision Resource, Inc., David engaged employees to foster a sustainable management system. David’s tenure at BlackBerry involved training and mentoring teams to implement continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Lean practices. Earlier career roles at Magna Exteriors and Interiors included managing product development and operational excellence as a Program Manager and Six Sigma Blackbelt. David's engineering foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
