Adam Chen

Adam Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international student services and immigration matters. Currently serving as a Senior International Services Associate at Baylor College of Medicine since November 2020, Adam advises over 340 nonimmigrant clients from more than 45 countries on various immigration issues and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Student Services at the University of Houston from June 2011 to August 2020, where oversight of advising for over 1,600 students led to improved satisfaction and retention rates. Adam also served as an International Admissions Coordinator, focusing on recruitment strategies for international students. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a Master of Education in College Student Personnel from Ohio University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
