Megan Dailey

Megan Dailey is an experienced research coordinator currently employed at Baylor College of Medicine since June 2023, after serving as a research assistant at RAVE Laboratory from May 2021 to November 2024, where significant contributions included co-authoring scientific articles on COVID-19 impacts, creating conference presentations, and developing educational modules related to bullying in the special needs community. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Event Management for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, responsible for planning events for over 450 attendees and managing budgets, as well as holding the role of Health and Wellness Chair, focusing on mental health initiatives for 200+ chapter members. Previous research experience includes contributions at the OCD and Anxiety Laboratory, support roles during a research internship at Baylor College of Medicine, and administrative tasks at ROGERS MEMORIAL HOSPITAL - CHICAGO. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
