Stephanie Young

Stephanie Young currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Advancement & Alumni Affairs at Baylor College of Medicine, a position held since July 2020. In addition, Stephanie is the Founder and President of SLY Consulting, established in September 2017. From September 2017 to March 2020, Stephanie was the Chief Philanthropy & Communications Officer at Minderoo Foundation. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Vice President for Development at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center from September 2001 to September 2017. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1992 and 1996, and is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School from 1990 to 1992.
