Carrina Cappadona is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer operations and support across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior VP of Customer Operations at Baylor Genetics since September 2024, Carrina previously held roles as VP of Patient & Customer Experience at Freenome and VP of Customer Support at Invitae, where leadership spanned multiple departments and key process improvements were achieved, including enhanced efficiency and proactive complaint management. With a strong background in customer success from Rafter, Inc. and significant consulting experience at Taos, Carrina has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive operational excellence, improve revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout various sectors. Carrina holds a BA in International Studies & Spanish from The Johns Hopkins University.
