Lauren Bell

Lauren Bell currently serves as the Customer Relationship Management Manager at Baylor Genetics since November 2025 and holds a position as a Golf Member Attendant Services at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Club & Spa since April 2022. Previously, Lauren worked in account management and patient success at CryoFuture and served as a Senior Client Success Manager at Progenesis, where responsibilities included onboarding new clinic accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Lauren's experience also includes roles at Reproductive Sciences Medical Center as a Junior Embryologist, managing patient databases and tissue transport, and serving as a Surrogate Support Case Manager at Physician's Surrogacy, overseeing multiple surrogate cases. An andrologist at La Jolla IVF, Lauren processed and analyzed sperm and managed cryopreservation storage. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University San Marcos.
