Mildred Johnson, JD, CPC, CCEP, CHC has extensive experience in the field of compliance. Mildred is currently the Director of Compliance at Baylor Genetics where they evaluate and updates various compliance programs and provides guidance on regulatory compliance. Previously, they worked as a Senior Compliance Manager at Vituity and as a Compliance Officer at Tenet Healthcare where they provided regulatory guidance, conducted audits, and presented to governing boards. Mildred also served as the Executive Director of Compliance at Baylor College of Medicine, overseeing their compliance program and managing a team of 12 members. Prior to that, they held compliance leadership roles at CHRISTUS Health, Seton Healthcare Family, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Mildred brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in regulatory compliance to their roles.

Mildred Johnson, JD, CPC, CCEP, CHC has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Arizona State University. Mildred later pursued higher education at Gonzaga University School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD) with a specialization in Law.
