Leadership Team

About

The current leadership team at Baylor University has a wealth of experience in various industries, including banking, law, and education. The team is composed of individuals who have held management positions at Extraco Banks, USAA, and Dallas Baptist University, and who have also worked as attorneys at Cowles & Thompson, P.C. In addition, the team includes a senior executive director from the University of Southern California and an assistant dean of development from the School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific. The team's experience in athletics is also represented by the associate athletic directors from UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University.
