Dawn Groendyke, MBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Dawn began their career as a Territory Manager at Alliant Foodservice in 1997. Dawn was later promoted to National Account Manager, where they developed major accounts and received recognition for their sales achievements. In 2003, Dawn transitioned to US Foods/Alliant Foodservice as a District Sales Manager, overseeing a team of Territory Managers and driving revenue growth.

In 2005, Dawn joined the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association as a Youth Market Director, where they excelled in sales and quickly moved up to a Regional Vice President role within a year. Dawn led a multi-state team and achieved significant revenue goals, earning multiple awards and accolades. Dawn continued to demonstrate their leadership abilities and achieved success as a Senior Vice President at the organization, overseeing fundraising programs and managing volunteers across eight western states.

In 2012, Dawn joined Diversified Clinical Services as a Program Director for Healogics, responsible for implementing and managing outpatient wound care and hyperbaric oxygen centers. Dawn later advanced to the role of Area Vice President, working with senior management to maximize the efficiency of existing centers and develop new ones as needed. Dawn's expertise in program operations and client relationships contributed to the success of the organization.

Dawn's most recent experience includes roles at Lifeline Vascular Care, where they served as a Regional Operations Director and achieved impressive net revenue and growth milestones, and California Skin Institute, where they held the position of Regional Director of Operations.
