Patricia Berry

Patricia Berry has been in the workforce since 2012. Patricia began their career as an Executive at Nugen Visual Power Technologies in 2012. In 2014, they joined Lucid Group as an Operations Team Member and Associate. In 2016, they moved to C. H. Robinson Company as an Operations Development Manager. Patricia then joined Farmer Brothers in 2017 as a Senior Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Operations & Sales at Baymediasoft, where they focus on employee engagement and talent development, diversity initiatives and designing team building activities. Patricia is most excited about designing a performance management program that is user friendly and meaningful for both managers and employees.
