Joyce Kasapo

Joyce Kasapo is an accomplished professional in organization development and human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organization Development at Bayobab since March 2023, Joyce previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Bayobab Zambia from August 2022 to February 2023. From April 2021 to July 2022, Joyce worked at Zambian Breweries Plc as a People Business Partner for Logistics, overseeing training, compliance with labor laws, talent management, and recruitment processes. Prior experience includes roles at Infratel Zambia as a Senior Human Resource Officer focusing on organizational structure and policy development, and at Zamtel where Joyce contributed to employee effectiveness and customer retention strategies. Earlier career roles include Assistant Administrator at Mount Zion Christian Center and a part-time lecturer at the University of Zambia.
