Nalini Saxena began their work experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at Apex International in February 2021. Nalini worked in this role until March 2022. In March 2022, they joined SQUARCELL RESOURCE INDIA PVT. LTD. as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead, but their tenure ended in April 2022. From April to July 2022, they worked as a US IT Recruiter at Aequor Technologies. Later in September 2022, they joined Cars24 Services Private Limited as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Currently, they are working at BayOne Solutions as a US IT Recruiter, starting in January 2023.
