Neelanshi Rastogi

Neelanshi Rastogi has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Neelanshi began as a Trainee at GAIL (India) Limited in 2016 and then worked as a Trainee at NTPC Limited in 2017. Neelanshi then gained experience as a CAD Developer (Intern) at KNOWLEDGE PODIUM SYSTEMS in 2018. In the same year, they joined US Tech Solutions as a Technical Recruiter, where they handled full cycle recruitment and performed in-depth interviews for clients. In 2019, they became a Corporate Recruiter at OPUSING LLC, where they continued to handle recruitment responsibilities. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at IMS People Possible, taking charge of the entire recruitment cycle. Currently, they are working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BayOne Solutions.

From 2019 to 2021, Neelanshi attended IMT CDL Ghaziabad and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.

Between 2014 and 2018, Neelanshi studied at the College of Engineering Roorkee, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

From 2011 to 2013, Neelanshi attended MEERUT PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR GIRLS and completed their intermediate education, focusing on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).

Starting in 1998 and concluding in 2011, Neelanshi studied at ALL SAINTS ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, where they completed their high school education in all subjects.

In addition to their formal education, Neelanshi has obtained various certification. In 2016, they obtained a certification in PCB Designing from CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Neelanshi also received a certification in Aeromodelling from BOEING in January 2016. Neelanshi obtained a certification in C language from Updesco in July 2015.
