Stephen Holmes is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in building tech teams across various companies, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Pleo since January 2025, Stephen has simultaneously held the position of Senior Principal Recruiter at Scede since April 2021, partnering with over 100 businesses to achieve their hiring goals. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Partner at Automattic, CommerceHub, NFTPort, Bitpanda, and Trade Republic, where Stephen played pivotal roles in scaling teams, improving recruitment processes, and driving diversity hiring initiatives.
