Nidhi Gupta

Nidhi Gupta has work experience in various human resources positions. Nidhi currently holds the role of Senior Human Resource Specialist at BayOne Solutions since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at eTeam from 2017 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Executive Human Resources and HR Executive - Operations. In these roles, they gained hands-on experience in HR processes, employee life cycle management, induction and orientation, performance management, contract and vendor management, employee engagement, team building, grievance handling, and statutory compliances. Nidhi also had responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation, background checks, and separation procedures. Before joining eTeam, Nidhi worked as an HR Executive at Writefine Products Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2015, where they assisted with day-to-day HR-related questions.

Nidhi Gupta pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Osmania University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business/Commerce. Following this, they enrolled at Motivational Pathway from 2012 to 2014, where they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In May 2020, Nidhi also obtained a certification in "HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know" from LinkedIn.
