Josh Hazel is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and operations management. Currently serving as an IT Field Support Engineer at BayPort Credit Union since March 2024, Josh previously held the position of Technology Support Specialist II at Newport News Public Schools from February 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing over 250 work orders and contributing to the district-wide 1:1 Chromebook initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes roles such as Service Delivery Expert and Assistant Director of Technology, the latter at Coastal Church, where Josh led a project for selecting a new database solution.
