Dianajulieth Mwakasisi

Dianajulieth Mwakasisi currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) & Forensics at Bayport Financial Services, focusing on risk analysis, management, compliance, and fraud investigation since January 2020. Previous roles include Company Secretary and Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager, where management of compliance and risk programs was a key responsibility. Dianajulieth began a legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright from August 2015 to April 2019, gaining experience as an Associate and in various trainee roles related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Dar es Salaam.
