Florence Masego Lejuta Chikwereti is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Collections Officer and Chief Credit Officer at Bayport Financial Services since March 2011. In these roles, Florence is responsible for credit control policy making, analysis and approval of loan applications, and developing collections strategies for operational efficiencies.
