Lilian Perea

Lilian Perea serves as the CEO of Bayport Colombia since August 2016 and is a member of the board of directors for Bayport México Servicios Financieros since January 2022 and Grupo Humano from May 2022 to June 2024. Perea previously held the position of President and CEO at RSA from October 2008 to April 2016, overseeing operations with annual sales of COP 360 billion and managing a team of over 320 employees. Notable achievements include driving sustainable growth at RSA through the development of new distribution agreements. Earlier career roles included Marketing Director at AIG Generales, where Perea established a successful direct marketing division, and various positions at AIG Vida, including Marketing Manager and Underwriting Chief. Academic qualifications include a specialization in Marketing and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes.
