Lynn Roger

Lynn Roger is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Bayshore HealthCare since June 2021, previously serving as Past Chair and Chair of the Board of Directors at Kids Help Phone from June 2020 to June 2023. With extensive experience at BMO Financial Group from 2006 to 2020 in various senior roles including SVP and Chief Employee Experience Officer, SVP Chief Transformation Officer, and SVP and Chief Talent Officer, Lynn led initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
