Patricia Syms Sutherland

Patricia Syms Sutherland is an accomplished health care professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and project management across various health organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Priorities & Planning at Bayshore HealthCare, Patricia is responsible for developing the long-term strategy and ensuring operational efficiency within a decentralized framework. Prior roles include National Project Manager at Bayshore Home Care Solutions, where key initiatives focused on operational improvements and innovation, and Client Relations Manager at CritiCall Ontario, overseeing the Provincial Inpatient Mental Health Bed Registry Project. Before joining CritiCall, Patricia held leadership positions at Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network, McMaster University, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, St. Joseph's Health Centre, Ontario Hospital Association, and Grand River Hospital. Patricia holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, a certificate in Human Resources Management, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
