Shelly Mustillo

Shelly Mustillo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in claims administration and adjudication, currently serving as a WSIB Claims Specialist at Bayshore HealthCare since September 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Claims Administrator and Canada Life Senior Ford Disability Specialist at Canada Life/Ford Motor Co. from October 2019 to August 2022, as well as an Eligibility Adjudicator at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) from July 2013 to August 2019. Shelly’s earlier positions include program assistant and income support clerk at ODSP, administrative assistant/accounting at Sassafraz Restaurant, and various managerial roles at Moxie's Classic Grill. Additionally, Shelly held support staff and assistant probation and parole officer positions at the Ministry of the Solicitor General of Ontario. Academic credentials include a BA Honours in Criminology from the University of Windsor and prior studies at Western University.
