Josh Powers

Josh Powers serves as the Executive Pastor at Bayside Church, overseeing the growth of the Auburn Campus and enhancing ministry impact through strategic initiatives and team development. With previous roles as an Executive Coach and Growth Consultant at Thakar Group Inc., and President of Simply Water, Josh successfully created and launched a nonprofit model that provided clean water access to thousands. Experience also includes educational consulting during the COVID-19 pandemic, and significant contributions to Bayside Church over multiple roles, including Next Generation Pastor and Student Pastor, where Josh fostered substantial growth in attendance and developed comprehensive teams. Josh's career began in education as a teacher within the Rocklin Unified School District, focusing on technology integration and professional development. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
