Richard Thomas CISSP/CISM is an accomplished security professional currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Cyber Security at Bayside Solutions, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Global Director Security Operations Center at AECOM from October 2005 to June 2020, where responsibilities included incident response management and leadership of multiple security teams. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as an IT Security Engineer at Raytheon, where significant contributions were made to security solutions and the IA NMCI team, and as Information Systems Security Manager at PSINet, where network security awareness was fostered across a large organization. Richard's career began in the United States Air Force as an AC-130 Gunship Crew Chief from July 1988 to June 1992, and educational achievements include studies at KRS Computer and Business School from 1998 to 1999.
