Izumi Sato

Izumi Sato is a seasoned yoga teacher with experience at Breathe Together Yoga, Visa, Apple, 49ers Fit, and BaySport, Inc. since 2018, demonstrating expertise in Vinyasa yoga and meditation. Additionally, Izumi holds the position of Guest Artist at Tandy Beal & Co, focusing on educating and empowering children in various educational settings. Teaching experience extends to Dance 10 Studio, Worlds Yoga, and Town Sports International, as well as a prior role as a Dance Lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Educational qualifications include a Joy of Yoga 300 certification, RYT 200 in Flow Yoga, and a Master’s degree in Dance and Theater. Other formal education includes degrees in Bharatanatyam, Humanities, and ongoing studies at Stanford University.
