Allison Coelho

Allison Coelho, MS, CCLS, currently serves as a Certified Child Life Specialist at Baystate Health, where responsibilities include working in the Pediatric Procedure Unit, General Inpatient Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Pediatric Emergency. Previous experience includes roles as a Pediatric Patient Activity Coordinator, Child Life Internship Student, and Nanny. Additional experience encompasses a Child Life Practicum Student position at Connect-123 Internship & Volunteer Programs, focusing on therapeutic play and distraction techniques, and a Women’s Behavioral Health Internship at Allegheny Health Network, where a Capstone Project was developed in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh. Allison holds a Master of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Worcester State University.
