Charles Spurr

Charles Spurr is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in healthcare and technology management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of I&T Strategy at Baystate Health, responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure and technology strategies such as hybrid cloud and AI. Previously, as the Agency Chief Information Officer for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, leadership was provided for various departments including the Department of Transitional Assistance. Charles has also held the position of Chief Information Officer at Shields Health Care Group, where critical technology initiatives were executed. Their career includes roles as Technology Director at Vanguard Managed Solutions and Senior IT Project Manager at Bayer, where strategic project management and team mentorship were key focuses.
