Jamie M. Verdi

Jamie M. Verdi, JD, LLM, CPHRM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Safety and Risk Management at Baystate Health since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jamie held the position of Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Newton-Wellesley Hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 and served as System Director of Risk Management at Community Healthcare System from January 2018 to June 2019. Jamie was also a member of the Board of Directors for Area Agency on Aging 1-B from January 2011 to January 2018 and worked as a Patient Advocate and Healthcare Attorney at Michigan Patient Advocacy Liaison, PLLC, which specializes in legal consultation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Jamie was an instructor in the Patient Advocacy Certificate Program at UCLA Extension in early 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
