Jennifer Barrett, MBA, has over 27 years of experience at Baystate Health, where Jennifer began as a Data Coordinator and progressed through various leadership roles, including Manager, Assistant Director, and currently serves as Director of Access Services. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Westfield State University, along with an Associate of Science in Marketing from Springfield Technical Community College.
