Timothy J. Fisher

Timothy J. Fisher, MD, MS, FACOG, currently serves as an Attending Physician at Baystate Health since September 2023. Prior to this, Timothy held multiple leadership roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from January 2016 to October 2025, including Ob/Gyn Residency Program Director and Associate Clinical Women's Health Service Line Director, overseeing strategic planning and clinical operations for Ob/Gyn services. As an Assistant Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth from September 2016 to October 2025, Timothy contributed to medical education. From September 2008 to August 2016, Timothy was Chair of the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Surgical Services at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene, leading a team of 43 physicians in various operational and strategic initiatives. Timothy's early career included service in the U.S. Navy Medical Corps from July 2002 to June 2006, specializing in Ob/Gyn. Educational credentials comprise a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, a Doctor of Medicine from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Union College.
