Yvonne Cheung M.D.

Yvonne Cheung MD, MPH, MBA, CPHQ currently serves as the System Chief Medical Officer and Chief Quality Officer at Baystate Health since October 2024. Previously, Yvonne held various leadership roles at Mass General Brigham | Newton-Wellesley Hospital, including Interim Chief Medical Officer and Vice-President of Quality and Safety. Experience at CRICO involved serving as Associate Medical Director for the Patient Safety Organization, where Yvonne facilitated discussions on patient safety risks. At Mount Auburn Hospital, Yvonne held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Quality and Safety Officer. Educational qualifications include a medical degree from Columbia University, a Master of Public Health from Harvard, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an A.B. with Honors from Harvard University.
