Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns about the Last Minute Gambia products and services on the various mass media.
• Conduct door-to-door hunting, as well as road, shows to create awareness about the Centre’s products and services.
• Conduct a minimum of 25 cold calling per day.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials about the LastMinutGambia to targeted customers.
• Participate in any trade shows to showcase LastMinuteGambia’s products and Services.
• Attend customers professionally and in a friendly manner.
• All lead generated by AE needs to be updated on the pipeline report before the end of your shift.
• Each of the new leads you generated should be entered into BayTech System to avoid someone else giving the lead.
• Whoever entered the lead in BayTech System first will be the original owner for the lifetime of the customer.
• Daily Customer Leads need to be submitted to the Line Manager.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints carefully and expeditiously.
• Issue and collect completed Client Feedback forms • Collate customers/clients’ specifications in relation to LastMinuteGambia, applications.
• Guide and lead customers for the subscription process of LastMinuteGambia.
• Maintain professionalism at all times with clients regardless of their behavior to forward you.
• Set achievable weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing targets based on annual projections.
• Ensure the achievement of annual marketing goals and objectives.
• Liaise with Management in developing and implementing effective pipeline management.
• Campaigns Provide input in preparing monthly to your direct report.
• Proactively engage with customers to ask for referrals and continue to promote LastMinuteGambia.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database on BayTech System.
• Establish effective communication with customers/clients at all times.
• Pay regular visits to customers/clients to monitor how their Listing is performing and if they need any assistance from Company.
• Conduct market research on competitors and customers/clients for timely and appropriate adjustment of BayTech’s products and services.
• Provide feedback to Senior Management based on the research Findings.
• Ensure proper and fair use of BayTech’s finances and assets.
• Any other duties that may be assigned related to the job and/or to the operations of the Centre.
