Lee Hepfner

Lee Hepfner is a seasoned production engineer with a strong technical background in the oil and gas industry. Currently working at Baytex Energy Corp. since March 2023, Lee previously served as a Production Engineer E.I.T at Razor Energy Corp. from October 2020 to March 2023. Lee's experience also includes roles as a Coil Tubing/Safety Engineer at Lochend Energy Services, a Junior Wireline Field Specialist at Weatherford, and various engineering summer student positions at Husky Energy. Lee's career began at Sanjel Energy Services as a Coil Tubing Operator. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University and a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
