James Bouquin

James Bouquin serves as the Executive Director of the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation since March 2021. Previously, James held the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area from January 2006 to May 2020. James has also served in various leadership positions including President of the Arthritis Foundation, Northern California Chapter from 2004 to 2005, Executive Director at New Connections Behavioral Healthcare from 1996 to 2004, and Executive Director at the Contra Costa Crisis Center from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, James was Executive Director at Camp Ronald McDonald/Eagle Lake Children's Charities from 1990 to 1992 and worked as the Assistant Dean for Campus Affairs at Stanford University between 1983 and 1992. James holds an AB with Distinction in Human Biology from Stanford University, alongside further education at the University of California, San Francisco, and Santa Clara University.
