Cheeno Revilla is a Data Analysis Manager at Bayview Technologies, Inc., where since September 2015, management of a team of Data Analysts has been the primary responsibility. Cheeno leads the development of processes for data analysis, automation, and reporting while collaborating closely with stakeholders. Previous roles at Bayview include Customer Journey Manager, focusing on customer interaction studies, and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing QA Analysts and enhancing quality standards. Cheeno has a foundation in reporting as a Reports Analyst and brings extensive analytical experience from a prior position at Convergys. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Philippine Normal University.
