Genesis David has over a decade of experience in customer service and quality assurance roles, currently serving as a CS Quality Assurance Analyst at Bayview Technologies, Inc. since February 2015. In this position, Genesis conducts comprehensive evaluations of customer service interactions and develops quality assessment criteria to enhance measurement accuracy. Previously, Genesis held roles as an English Customer Support Supervisor and English Customer Support Representative, overseeing a team and engaging with customers across various channels. Prior to this, Genesis worked as an Online ESL Teacher at Oxphone Company Ltd., where lesson plans were customized to meet students' language goals through interactive and multimedia resources.
