Siegfred Soneja has been working as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at Bayview Technologies, Inc since August 2013. Siegfred graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas - Legazpi with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. In the current role, Siegfred provides technical support and system administration on various systems and applications, answering queries via ticketing tool, email, and chat messaging.
