Brian Bomstein

Brian Bomstein has served as General Counsel for Bayview Asset Management, LLC since October 1999, overseeing legal matters for an investment management firm specializing in credit investments. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of General Counsel at Bayview Financial until December 2007 and worked as Corporate Counsel for Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation from 1997 to 1999. Brian began their legal career as an attorney at Shea & Gould and subsequently at Edward H. Gilbert, P.A./Gilbert & Bomstein, P.A. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in East/West Relations from Vanderbilt University, supplemented by a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
