Lauren Fitzpatrick (Stauffer)

Lauren Fitzpatrick (Stauffer) is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as an HR Generalist and previously as an Associate HR Specialist at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since October 2017, Lauren has also held positions at NELSON as a Human Resources Coordinator and at Paige Partners LLC as a Senior Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as an HRIS Benefits Coordinator at Freedom Credit Union and an HRIS Coordinator at Charming Shoppes. Lauren began a career in human resources as an intern at Charming Shoppes/Catherines.
