Jessica Kim-Schmid

Jessica Kim-Schmid is an accomplished program manager currently leading International Early Career Programs and the Moderna Foundation at Moderna since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of HRDP Summer Associate at Pall Corporation, where projects focused on diversity and inclusion culture. At Penn State University, Jessica served as Director of the Office of Science Outreach, managing a team to execute numerous science education outreach programs. Earlier experience includes consulting at Deloitte and teaching with Teach For America. Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master's in Educational Theory and Policy from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Music from William & Mary.
