Shashikant Agarwal

Shashikant Agarwal is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing backend and data engineering operations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Bayview Asset Management, LLC since September 2022, Shashikant previously held similar roles at Wayfair, focusing on marketing technology and product data feeds from August 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Shashikant served as Director of Engineering at Fidelity Investments, overseeing videoconferencing technology from October 2013 to March 2020, and held the same title at Vidtel, Inc. from June 2011 to September 2013.
