Andrea Bernhart

Andrea Bernhart has a strong work experience background in various roles within different companies. Andrea started their career in 2008 as a Human Resources Intern at Rohde & Schwarz. Andrea then had an internship in Marketing and Product Management at RAICO Bautechnik GmbH in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Bachelor Student at MULTIVAC Group. Later that year, they joined BayWa AG, where they held various positions including Controlling and Pricing, Teamleader and Rolloutmanager CRM, Product Manager for Private Labels, and Controller. In 2017, they were promoted to Head of Finance Services at BayWa AG and later became the Head of Finance Services Projects in 2023. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director/Geschäftsführerin at BayWa CS Georgia LLC.

Andrea Bernhart's education history begins in 2001 when they studied at Stadtverwaltung Kaufbeuren and earned a degree in Verwaltungsfachangestellte with a focus on Kommunaler Dienst in 2004. Andrea then attended Hochschule Kempten - University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sozialwirtschaft. In 2013, Andrea pursued further education at Hochschule Schmalkalden, specializing in Product Management and earning a Product Manager (FH) degree in 2014. Lastly, Andrea completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Post University between 2016 and 2018.
